ZOWIE eXTREMESLAND 2024: Everything you need to know
The opening round of the ZOWIE eXTREMESLAND 2024 is set to kick off in less than a day. The tournament has a sole Indian team in Gods Reign, who are gearing up for their run against some of Asia's finest.
Starting off, the teams will play Bo1 openers and winners matches in a GSL format. Following that, the qualifying and elimination matches will be Bo3s. One team from each group will go through to the playoffs, which will then feature a single elimination bracket. Gods Reign will be kicking off the action against China's Rare Atom in the tournament opener.
The teams qualified reached the Asia Finals through several regional qualifiers including China, Arabia, MENA, Mongolia, Philippines, Vietnam, South Korea, Thailand, India, Singapore, and Oceania. The MongolZ also qualified for the main event but withdrew due to schedule conflict with BLAST Bounty Season 1.
