1nhuman leads the comeback for -72c against Gods Reign

Gods Reign drop a golden opportunity

After suffering a big defeat in the opening BO1 in their latest round of games at the ESL Challenger League Season 49 Asia-Pacific, Gods Reign went down to -72c once again with former Reckoning Esports player 1nhuman helped the Russian team deny Gods Reign a win although the Indian team had a golden opportunity to secure a win in regulation.

The second BO1 kicked off on Ancient with Gods Reign unable to hold on to a quick A hit, which saw -72c start with yet another pistol. The Indian team answered back with a Tec-9 B hit to get on the board early on but the force buy wars continued as forzetsky and 1nhuman pulled back a 3v5 on upgraded pistols which set up -72c for a big CT half.

-72c took a two round lead to end their CT half but Gods Reign's defence saw them tie up and then take the lead of the game at 9-8. With the squad coming online on the CT half, Gods Reign had a win in regulation locked in but former Reckoning Esports player 1nhuman's heroics saw -72c push the map to overtime.

Gods Reign lost steam in overtime as -72c closed out Ancient at 16-13 with 1nhuman on top of the scoreboard with 27 kills.
