MESA Asian Masters closed qualifier invites announced

DXG, Arcade Esports drop out of the list

MESA has released the final list of teams that are directly invited to the closed qualifiers of the MESA Asian Masters. MESA Asian Masters will server as the road to PGL Bucharest 2025, sending one Asian team to the main event.

A few days back, the organizer announced the list of invited teams but an updated list was put out today showing Arcade Esports and DXG's withdrawal from the invite list. Their setback has made way for two more Asian teams- NomadS and QUBE, prominent names in the Asian ESEA scene.

Gods Reign are the only Indian team to have secured a closed qualifier invite based on the VRS.

The updated invitee list reads as follows:

Asia

ATOX
Chinggis Warriors
India Gods Reign
The Huns
NomadS
QUBE

Oceania

Australia Rooster
Australia KZG
Art of War
Australia MANTRA
Australia TALON

These teams will directly start in the Asian, Oceanic, Chinese and MENA closed qualifiers where they are joined by teams from the open qualifiers. All closed qualifiers will run a double-elimination bo3 bracket. One team from the MENA qualifiers will book their MESA Asian Masters slot while two teams each from the Asian, Oceanic and Chinese qualifiers will head to the MESA Asian Masters.

MESA Asian Masters will run as a LAN event in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, featuring eight teams in a double-elimination bracket, sending the winner to PGL Bucharest 2025, a $1,250,000 S-tier LAN in Romania in April 2025.
