Skyesports Championship 5.0 CS2 India Qualifiers Grand Final: Preview

After four days of action across the Skyesports Championship 5.0 CS2 India Qualifiers (Open and Playoffs), we finally have our two teams, who will be fighting it out for a spot in the Skyesports Championship 5.0 CS2 main event.

Revenant vs Gods Reign 3PM IST (The match will not be livestreamed)

Gods Reign and Revenant will be facing off against each other in the Grand Final and the two invited teams had found themselves directly in the Playoff semi-finals thanks to their higher seeding.

Both Gods Reign and Revenant came from behind in their semi-final to reverse sweep their opponents and the two teams will be facing off against each other for the first time since they brought on their latest signings - Gods Reign signed f1redup from Revenant and Revenant signed reV3nnnn from Gods Reign!

Not only will reV3nnnn and f1redup go up against their former teams, CycloneF and Ember, who recently swapped teams will also be facing their former teammates.

On the server, while the rosters are relatively new, both have played a couple of games together and it is Revenant at the moment who look like a stronger unit and Gods have had quite a few of nervy moments with their new roster, but given the firepower at Gods' disposal, it would be daft to count them out.

The winner of the Grand Final will book their spot in the Skyesports Championship 5.0 CS2 main event, which will have 4 teams including Aurora who have already booked their spot through the EU Closed Qualifiers. Two more invited teams will be taking part in the main event.
