Skyesports Grand Slam India Qualifier begins today

The main event will take place in Pune

With the Oceanic qualifier done and dusted, Skyesports Grand Slam’s India qualifier is set to commence today. The open qualifier will host a single elimination bracket which sends the top 4 teams to the closed qualifier.

The closed qualifier begins on 2nd March 2024 and will run for four days. Top 4 teams from the open qualifier will lock horns with 4 invited teams in a double-elimination bracket. The winner of the closed qualifier gets a spot in the main event.

The recently concluded Oceanic qualifier has seen Bad News Kangaroos qualify for the main event. Skyesports Grand Slam is the first event in the Skyesports 2024 CS2 roadmap and will carry a prize pool of $50,000 USD. The main event will feature two teams each from the Indian and Oceanic qualifiers and two invited teams based on HLTV rankings, one of which was recently announced as Aurora.
