Spirit and SAW confirm Spring Final spots

Winning out their respective brackets, Spirit and SAW have emerged on top in the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown, advancing to the BLAST Premier Spring Final in June 2024, securing the final two slots.

s1mple's CS2 debut was a big talking point in the community and it came to a disappointing end in the first round with Falcons conceding a 1-2 series to Metizport. Spirit took down Elevate, BIG and Metizport in their bracket, dropping just a single map in the process, with donk securing a 1.53 HLTV rating in the event.

SAW's road was slightly more challenging as they locked horns with the new Liquid in the first round and then went on to face Cloud9 before taking down OG in the finals. Clean 2-0s against Liquid and Cloud9 set up SAW to play more confidently in the finals.

The Spring Final will start on 12th June 2024, hosting double-elimination Bo3 brackets across two groups, sending top three teams to the playoffs. Alongside the massive $200,000 USD cash prize, the winner also secures a BLAST Premier World Finals spot in November 2024.
