FORZE book Skyesports Masters 2024 main event spot

The Grand Final of the Skyesports Masters 2024 Europe Closed Qualifier saw BetBoom take on FORZE in the BO5 match with a spot in the main event waiting for the winner of the game.

BetBoom smashed FORZE on their pick of Ancient to start with a dominating 13-3 win before FORZE picked up their own first pick of Nuke at 16-13. BetBoom picked up a comprehensive 13-10 win on Mirage to retake the lead of the series.

Even though they were 7-5 down to kick Anubis off, FORZE put in a strong T side to pick up the map 13-11 and tie the series 2-2 to take the series to a decider on Overpass. BetBoom started the decider on Overpass with an incredible 10-2 lead but FORZE's CT side saw them pull it to overtime, mounting a stellar comeback. FORZE eventually completed the full comeback from being 2-10 down to take a 16-13 win in overtime.

With the win, FORZE are now the seventh team confirmed for the $350,000 event, which recently was moved online from the initial LAN plan. FORZE joins the likes of NIP, Liquid. ENCE, BIG, Aurora and OG who were revealed as the invited teams. The final spot for the main event will be decided from the Indian Qualifier.
