Indian Teams Push Forward in Third Phase of M80 Open League
The second phase of the M80 Open League ended positively for the Indian teams. 2EZ Gaming and ROG Academy topped their tables with 3 out of 3 wins each, while True Rippers secured 2 wins out of their 3 games. Unfortunately, GrayFox forfeited their games, resulting in 3 losses.
As we progress to the third phase, several byes were handed out as neither True Rippers nor GrayFox Esports could attend their games. Here are the results of the Indian teams in the third phase so far:

Revenge Esports vs 1plus4 (0-2)
Revenge Esports found themselves on the losing end in their clash against 1plus4, starting with Ancient. Despite a close first half trailing 5-7, they couldn't turn the tide in the second half, ultimately losing 8-13.
Moving on to the second map, Vertigo, Revenge Esports showed more resilience, securing a 7-5 lead. However, 1plus4 emerged victorious in the latter half, sealing the map with a 13-10 scoreline.

2EZ Gaming vs Fuelist (0-2)
Thailand's Fuelist proved to be too big a hurdle for 2EZ Gaming to pass, as they lost the series in 0-2 fashion. However, both the series ended with close scorelines of 13-11.
Despite the best efforts from bb1, who put up a show on both Mirage and Ancient, earning 19 and 20 kills respectively, 2EZ Gaming ended up on the losing side.

ROG Academy vs HXG Esports (1-2)
ROG Academy's BO3 went the distance, spanning across Inferno, Mirage, and Anubis. While their 9-3 half translated to a 13-8 win on the first map, the other two maps didn't fare well for the Indian team.
On Mirage, they could only notch 2 rounds in each half, ending up with a 13-4 loss. RayZer was the best player on the map for ROG, who could only manage 12 kills.
A similar tale unfolded on the decider map Anubis, where they trailed behind 10-2 in the first half. With no one stepping up to the occasion, they ended up losing the series 1-2.

2EZ Gaming vs Bocchi The Rock (2-0)
After losing narrowly to Fuelist, 2EZ Gaming found their first victory against Bocchi The Rock without dropping a map. Starting on Inferno, they dominated right from the start, closing out the game with a 13-5 win.
While the second map saw an equal score of 6-6 at halftime, 2EZ Gaming cruised ahead in the second half on the back of heavy fraggin by bb1. A 25 kill stint from him powered his team to a 13-8 win.

The series between Suddenly and Frag Theory unfolded as an interesting one, with both teams playing with a shortage of players. While Frag Theory suffered a single loss, Suddenly saw two of their players leave before the match was completed.
As a result, both the maps, Dust2 and Nuke went the way of Frag Theory, who won with scorelines of 13-0 and 13-1 respectively.

In their second match, Frag Theory clashed against ALTERNATIVE_CCSE on Ancient. While they put up a fight in the first half, trailing behind 5-7, they couldn't secure a single round win in the second, ultimately losing 13-5. In the second map, they conceded a bye to lose the series 0-2.
