Report: Revenant scrims with new lineup

The org fields international roster

Indian esports org Revenant Esports was seen scrimming with their new Counter-Strike 2 roster. The org fields an international roster which was seen pracc.com, a training/analytics platform that caters to various esports titles.

The new roster picks up two players from the Falcons' bench, two-time Major champion NBK, who made it to HLTV's top 20 three consecutive times in 2013, 2014 and 2015 and Romanian talent lauNX. adeX and reiko rounds off the lineup alongside ex-Vitality player Nivera.

In October 2023, Revenant released their Counter-Strike roster which was soon partially picked up by Gods Reign and at the time Dust2 India reported that the org had expressed their interest towards rethinking their approach to Counter-Strike in the region and fielding an international roster.

Dust2 India reached out to Revenant Esports but could not secure a comment at the time of publication. The new lineup is yet to be officially announced and more updates on the same shall follow as and when made public by Revenant Esports.

Revenant's Counter-Strike roster boasted of Indian stars such as f1redup and SpawN, with the team finishing runner-up at the Skyesports Masters 2023. The team was last seen in action at the DreamHack Hyderabad Invitational 2023, where they finished second. Following that they took part in the Indian Qualifiers of the Skyesports Championship 5.0, but Revenant failed to make it to the main event (which was eventually cancelled) and the organisation moved away from Counter-Strike.

Following Skyesports' revelation of the CS2 2024 roadmap, Revenant's Founder and CEO, Rohit Jagasia, had stated that they will work towards getting an EU team.

Revenant's lineup seen on pracc.com, reads as follows:

NBK
lauNX
Nivera
adeX
reiko
