The opening game of the day took us to Ancient with Victores Sumus starting with the CT pistol. An aggressive CT side from Victores Sumus saw them run away with a flawless CT side as they had complete control of mid every round, pushing through mid to both sites without any hinderance. Victores Sumus managed to complete the 13-0 following the second half pistol and secure an easy win.
Following the game, the tournament organisers revealed that Smoke Esports had been disqualified from the event for having a player, who was also part of a different team (Appu4k from Invasion Esports) take part and with players not being allowed to play for multiple teams in the same event, Smoke Esports was disqualified from the event.

The second game of the day, between Slow Aimers and L.O.T Gaming also took place on Ancient with Slow Aimers starting with a 3-0 lead before L.O.T got on the board thanks to a superzy 1v2. Slow Aimers started with a big CT lead at 8-4. L.O.T Gaming evened out the pistols and tied up the game at 8-8 before hitting match point first. L.O.T closed out the map with a 3v5 to secure a 13-9 win, dropping just one round in the second half.

The final game of the day was the Group 3 winners game as Victores Sumus went up against L.O.T Gaming on Dust2. After a couple of back and forth rounds, with both teams winning force buys one after the other, Victores Sumus' structured defense prevailed as they went 8-4 up. Kuzuri's triple saw Victores Sumus pick up the second half pistol and managed to wrap it up at 13-4 to lock in a spot in the quarter-finals as well.
Slow Aimers was set to take on Smoke Esports in the losers game but with Smoke Esports getting disqualified, Slow Aimers picked up a crucial win.
