Zhou Guanyu reiterates love for Counter-Strike

Chinese F1 driver has the right taste in gaming!

Formula One driver and currently Ferrari's reserve driver, Zhou Guanyu recently has once again spoken about his love for Counter-Strike in an recent interview, talking about how he currently bonds with seven-time Formula One World Champions Lewis Hamilton over gaming.

I think Lewis plays different games to me. I think he's more into Call of Duty and uses the PlayStation a lot, carrying it around the world. I'm more into computers as a Counter-Strike guy.
Zhou spoke about his love for the game and how him and Hamilton are different type of gamers

Zhou was a part of Asia's first-ever Counter-Strike Major, the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024, taking part in the Show match. Zhou was part of Team BYE where he played along side the likes of Summer, somebody and ChildKing and they went up against Team HAI, who consisted of s1mple, pashaBiceps, JACKZ and Zeus.

I actually had a good time in Shanghai, during the winter break. After the season finale in Abu Dhabi, I went straight to the biggest Counter-Strike event, playing in the final stages with multiple World Champions. It was a bit like an F1 fan driving a car next to Lewis, that was my feeling! I was very nervous… I wanted to make sure I did well, because I love the game – I wasn’t too bad!
