Gods Reign, True Rippers hold on to their spots in latest Valve regional rankings update

The latest Valve regional rankings update sees Indian teams Gods Reign and True Rippers hold on to their #6 and #11 spots, in the Asian standings, respectively as both teams are all set to lock in their Rest of Asia RMR Closed Qualifier spots for the Shanghai Major.

Gods Reign, who are the best ranked Indian team are in sixth position with Valve finally updating the Gods Reign roster which includes their Indian core instead of 1nhuman, who had subbed in for f1redup at the Dust2 India - 1XBET Masters 11. True Rippers meanwhile, who are currently battling it out in the Skyesports Championship 2024, are in 11th place just outside the top 10 rankings.

The MongolZ remain as the #1 team in the Asian rankings followed by FlyQuest, Lynn Vision, ATOX and Rooster, all of whom occupy the spots ahead of Gods Reign. The other teams in the top 10 are Bad News Kangaroos in seventh place with TYLOO, OMiT and Mindfreak rounding out the top 10 spots.

With August 7th, 2024 announced as the cutoff for the Shanghai Major, teams know that every game until then counts as they look to make to the the RMR Closed Qualifiers.
