ROG Academy moves into Rivalry Rush: Vengeance Rising Final

ROG Academy became the first team to book their place in Bharat Ascend Esports' Rivalry Rush: Vengeance Rising Grand Final following a clean 2-0 win over Niory Esports in the first semi-final.

The series kicked off on ROG Academy's pick of Mirage which saw a back-and-forth half have ROG pick up steam right at the end of the half with a tied score line. The defensive pistol for ROG saw them lock in both pistols on Mirage and two gun rounds was all ROG dropped as they put up a solid defensive hold to go 13-8.

Ancient saw ROG's T side take early control as they raced to a 7-1 lead before a late fight back from Niory saw them bring it to a two-round gap. ROG made it four out of four pistols by locking in both on Ancient and although they lost three gun rounds in a row after the pistol and eco conversion, a strong defensive hold towards the end saw them take another 13-8 win to go 2-0.
